Film New Orleans provides an opportunity for individuals, businesses and property owners to market themselves to production’s filming in the region through the Production Directory. The Production Directory showcases our city’s skilled workforce, businesses and properties.
Film New Orleans provides free listings in our Resource Directory for crew, vendors, and property to be used as a location for a film shoot for the following Louisiana parishes: Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Plaquemines, St. John the Baptist and St. Charles.
Getting Listed Regulations:
CREW: To list yourself as a crew member (1) you are required to have a minimum of 1 film industry credit unless you are listing yourself as a Production Assistant in which case you are not required to have a credit. (2) You must provide a physical address in one of the parishes listed above. No P.O. boxes are allowed.
VENDORS: 1) Your company or business must be registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State to do business in Louisiana; (2) You must employ at least 1 full time employee in your business. (3) All submissions will be verified with the Secretary of State.
LOCATIONS: The property you are listing must be in one of the Louisiana parishes listed above. (2) You must own the property or have a legal agreement with the owner to sub-lease the property. (3) Do not list Film New Orleans as the contact for your property as the listing will not be approved.
ARRAY CREW: Array Crew was launched by the producer Ava DuVernay’s company, Array, as an equal opportunity platform to connect underrepresented populations to the film and television industry. This includes all women, and individuals of African American, Hispanic, Native American, Asian American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and the Pacific Islands descent. ADDITONAL REGULATIONS: (1) Applicants who provide inaccurate or incomplete information will not have their listing approved. (2) To maintain your listing on this directory you must update it every TWO YEARS or it will be removed.
